Introduction: Meshari Al-Awaji, legal consultant at Eyad Reda Law Firm, who has experience in various fields of litigation in commercial, administrative, criminal and labor cases, and specialized in the provisions of  shareholders resolutions , and worked on providing advice to holding companies, drafting and auditing contracts, in addition to being a clerk and arbitrator at the Justice Training Center of the Ministry of Justice training the trainee judges and lawyers, and presented a number of researches in administrative, commercial and criminal judiciary.
