A trusted advisor on regulatory and corporate law, he counsels on high stakes matters from IPOs and M&A to government and PPP projects.
He has advised global brands on retail, distribution, and franchise operations in Saudi Arabia, and has significant expertise in transport, education, defense, and healthcare sectors, as well as crisis management for multinational and family businesses.
Eyad’s legacy includes a pivotal role at a global law firm and as Chief Legal Counsel at MISA, demonstrating a profound understanding of the legal and commercial drivers shaping Saudi Arabia.
He has also participated as a legal advisor and negotiator in WTO accession meetings in Geneva, and serves as a board member on several committees across public and private companies.

Abdulrahman is a distinguished leader in Corporate, Banking, and Transactional law, bringing over 17 years of experience to the firm. A former banking sector veteran, he established and now leads the firm’s international litigation practice. He is a key contributor to our most significant Corporate and Regulatory mandates.
Zainab is responsible for shaping the firm’s strategic vision and ensuring its operational excellence. She guides the business support services team to drive efficiency, enhance team productivity, and elevate the overall client experience, all while safeguarding the firm's ethical and legal integrity.
