As Managing Partner, Eyad Reda leads a team of 60 lawyers, leveraging over 25 years of local and international experience to guide the firm’s strategic direction.

A trusted advisor on regulatory and corporate law, he counsels on high stakes matters from IPOs and M&A to government and PPP projects.

He has advised global brands on retail, distribution, and franchise operations in Saudi Arabia, and has significant expertise in transport, education, defense, and healthcare sectors, as well as crisis management for multinational and family businesses.

Eyad’s legacy includes a pivotal role at a global law firm and as Chief Legal Counsel at MISA, demonstrating a profound understanding of the legal and commercial drivers shaping Saudi Arabia.

He has also participated as a legal advisor and negotiator in WTO accession meetings in Geneva, and serves as a board member on several committees across public and private companies.
