
Eyad Reda is the Founding Managing Partner of Eyad Reda Law Firm LLP. For more than 25 years, Eyad has specialized in corporate, investment, & financial laws and their associated legal matters. His expertise extends to family business affairs, including restructuring and wealth redistribution, as well as the drafting of regulations and legislation.
Eyad is highly experienced in resolving legal and financial disputes and navigating international and regional agreements. He places a strategic focus on specialized investment and financial legislation, providing expert advisory services aimed at mitigating legal risks and preventing potential disputes.

Chaired the legal team for Ahmad Hamad Algosaibi and Brothers (AHAB), representing the company and its partners in complex settlement negotiations with local and international creditors. This included drafting all necessary documentation and providing strategic legal counsel through to the final settlement.
Led the legal team responsible for drafting the General Statute and regulatory framework for the Economic Cities. This mandate included facilitating IPOs and the establishment of joint-stock companies, managing foreign direct investment (FDI) transactions, and addressing major commercial and financial legal issues across the KSA and the GCC.
Co-founded several prominent non-profit organizations and institutions within Saudi Arabia and internationally, including the Saudi Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (VCPE), the Saudi Chemical Society, Mukatafa, Sanad Children’s Cancer Support Association, and the Madinah Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship (MILE).
Provided comprehensive legal and judicial advisory services to over 600 global, national, and family-owned enterprises in Saudi Arabia. Expertise includes new partnerships, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), project finance, IPOs, and liquidations.
Developed the legal framework for Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and contributed to the drafting of various laws and regulations central to the realization of Saudi Vision 2030.
Facilitated the distribution of five major family estates with a combined value exceeding SAR 22 billion. This involved managing voluntary and judicial exits between partners and heirs, as well as the comprehensive restructuring of asset and movable property ownership.
Served as a legal advisor during the multilateral Working Party meetings in Geneva regarding the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO). Actively participated in the formulation of 28 bilateral international agreements and three rounds of multilateral negotiations.
Chaired the committee responsible for drafting the primary regulations, bylaws, and associated agreements for the Kingdom's Economic Cities.
