Abdulaziz Al-funtukh is a legal specialist at Eyad Reda Law Firm LLP, with over two years of judicial experience in the Criminal Court in Riyadh. His work has involved numerous high-profile cases, including administrative corruption, money laundering, and commercial cases. He has been entrusted with managing individual and joint judicial circuits by the heads of the judicial circuits. His extensive academic and practical experiences know no bounds; his professional expertise has also extended to the private sector, where he served as an internal Sharia and legal advisor for one of the major real estate development companies in Riyadh for over a year and a half. During this time, he faced unprecedented challenges, including providing internal legal consultations for procurement and sales management, representing the company before relevant authorities such as the Capital Market Authority and financing entities, and serving as the secretary by attending weekly meetings, scheduling tasks, and preparing reports related to the responsibilities of department managers.
He also worked on due diligence files by preparing initial reports through document collection and overseeing tasks with licensed firms authorized by the Capital Market Authority.
